Now, let’s get down to business.

Epic fail. You will refrain from what again?

Eh? Where is the deception? I have answered your question validly. On the contrary, your “comment” seems to be a sophist’s response. Focus on the argument not on using terms which may deceive or persuade readers that you have a valid argument.

III. “What? I hope you are not really a PolSci Major. If you are, please review your notes. Again, authoring laws is not equivalent to Legislative Accomplishments. In fact, revisions in laws usually will come after deliberations. Those who asked questions (fiscalize) will influence the shaping of the law. That is already answered. Participation in debates in Congress/being a fiscalizer is NOT an ACCOMPLISHMENT. It’s natural and expected to a Congressman or a Senator. Please check the website of the House or the Senate. Be enlightened.

Now that is sophism. No need to brag Plato and friends here. Go direct to the point. Again “fiscalizing” is not a main job. Anybody can do that. Next time, organize first your thoughts before posting.

A member of Congress can file a bill to repeal the law for purposes of addressing it’s lack of implementation. The subject of the repeal may include the covered departments and agencies in the law or it’s penal provision. The implementation of laws is not the concern of the Congress.
