Hustisya knew that as we were busy with V. Acosta's disqualification. Time was too short and COMELEC was in a hurry to print the official ballots. Dodong ang tawag sa kanya but tous, Ondoy ang tawag namin. He was the absconding husband of my cousin, the late Helen Castillano. I already sent some information about him as well as a picture of Ondoy with his wife, Helen to some of you guys. Hope it helped our cause.
