"I am determined to continue the fight started by my father and my mother to see
that democracy takes root and is strengthened in our country. This cannot happen
in a government that serves the interest of the powerful few. We must strengthen
the institutions of government so that they truly serve the interests of our people."

Being a member of the opposition means Noynoy is worth voting for?

Gibo actually eliminated 70% of his department’s corruption??
Tim
3 Feb, 2010
yeah, that’s the point, patuloy ang paghihirap ng bansang ito. That’s why I also don’t like Cory and GMA, so we need a comepetent at may integrity na leader.

Tim, I like to remind you also that we knew most of the Journalists who are paid we even knew that they were associated with GMA, Gibo, Bill-yan, so if you are reading their columns like Avila and Cunanan, then you should read again some related articles.

Investors and jobs? This is a lie. During the final days of 1989, investors and businessmen both from the Philippines and abroad left the country. Propsective investors canceled their plans. Leadership skills wise Cory was weak given a lack of executive experience (After all it was a daunting task considering the circumstances). I commend Mrs. Aquino for being true to her word: getting into politics only to restore democracy. Something that Filipinos are thankful for.
However, you do not accomplish anything by bringing Cory into the debate. Noynoy should fight his own battles. Noynoy’s name will be oon the ballots not Cory and not Ninoy.

I don’t care if Gibo is on the administration. What I care is that we need a competent at may integrity na pinuno. And I see it to Gibo and Gordon.

What is the use of arguments and discussing with us. Why don’t you talk to pro-Gibo and Gordon, you must be wasting your time here…and we don’t like to hear how good is your Pet candidate, you are in Noynoy’s website, so don’t expect us to agree with you.
Good luck to your candidate.

I’m not favor for GMA administration dahil amraming kurapsyon at anomalya, but still GMA is not that bad as a president, super dami niya infrastructures at nakaligtas sa mga financial crisis, hindi nga lang naramdaman ng mga mahihirap.

3 Feb, 2010
O sige! Tim, I will rest my case, you will not agree again when I say it will be the same Arroyo Admin under Gibo and Gordon
That is my opinion and I will not discuss it with you again. Thanks for your time.
Manuel 'FG' Villaroyo
3 Feb, 2010
Ano kamo Tim? Magkano nakorap nya? 1 Trilyon sa 9 years. Grow up, anak!

Why tell me “Arquemedis, being a member of the admin means Gibo is worth voting for?” when I never even bother to inquire about Gibo? Why go offtopic then simply to accuse me of the logic I use? To use non sequiturs?
This is what you call baiting.

Don’t think of me as a paid propagandist against Noynoy. I’m just a concerned and a wise Voter who just want to express my disappointment about our country and about the leader we should choose. If noynoy wins, then our progress is not yet ready to start.
Kung gusto niyo ng anti-GMA na candidate, try to convince Mar roxas to run, he’s one of my favorite candidates for presidency, too sad, dahil mas popular si noynoy, he was forced to give way for an incompetent partymate.

For everyone’s information, I am nowhere related to the ‘Dagat’ in this board.
He is lambasting my stand on this issue.
Back on topic:
Noynoy never expected that his party, LP, will suddenly pick him as their presidential stalwart come May 2010 elections. This is probably because the LP officials want to benefit from the hype radiating from Cory’s death.
With this inevitable decision of LP, Noy had no time to clear out the dirt that is caused by his time-stalling in the legislative houses.
This is what sane, and well-informed, people see about Noy.

BILLS = Performance ???
Mali yun. Filing bills is just 1 of the 18 functions of a senator. It is grossly unfair to judge his performance solely on the basis of bills filed while ignoring the 17 other criteria….
Villar’s legislation are all to prop up his businesses. That’s what his buddy Joker said. So can we call that accomplishment.
