All I can say to Commissioner Larrazabal's reluctance to remove Acosta's name from the ballots was puzzling. When Chairman Jose Mello disqualified Acosta. He should have ordered the instant removal of Acosta from the ballot that was less than a week, if am not mistaken. A really big Question mark??? Guys watch out for COMELEC 2nd Division !!!
