The prohibition against premature campaigning among candidates prior to the campaign period is no longer valid.

In the recent decision of the Supreme Court (G.R. No. 181613 dated 25 November), the Supreme Court ruled to the effect that any person who files his certificate of candidacy within the filing period shall only be considered a candidate at the start of the campaign period for which he filed his COC. With this decision, infomercials and other forms of campaigning may continue before the start campaign period.

Kung meron tayong tinatawag “motherhood” comments, itong isang ito dapat tawaging “hostile neighborhood” comment. At least, only the frustrated and desperate few share her comment. Yung 47% ( per SWS ) ay naniniwalang karapatdapat si Noynoy na maging presidente.

I’m a little confused. Our org is inviting candidates for a forum series and we are scheduled to have some in December and February and many of them, including Sen. Aquino has agreed to come, either this December or January.

At the very least, he was pretty good in generating controversies even if he was not even on the show. This sounded very similar to Butch Castillo’s autistic entry where the information was given to him by well… wherever he got that story.

Anyway, so he has a radio show? Sorry, I did not know. Is his radio show struggling to ride on black propaganda? Just curious.
